The technology also significantly reduces bias and enhances the candidate experience. Before Hubert, Fredrik founded and led Nepa – a listed consumer research and data science company in Stockholm. Fredrik has over 15 years of experience in hyper-growth tech companies.
Malin is responsible for innovation initiatives, and is head of the legal department of Talentech since 2020. Prior to this, she held several positions as head of legal departments and in-house general counsel, and has extensive experience within legal and compliance.
