She is the author of Rekryteringsboken för Chefer ("The Book of Recruitment for Managers") and hosts the popular recruitment podcast "Rekryteringspodden" in Sweden. In her role, Anki empowers organizations to achieve recruitment independence through a competency-based, transparent, and cost-effective approach.
